We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members for the upcoming season.

Part/Full Time Positions available;

Customer Service Associate to assist customers in the store with product selection, answer questions, and maintain a clean, organized environment.

• Key Responsibilities
  •  Water Analysis: Operating an in-store water lab to test samples for alkalinity, pH and chlorine levels. Provide recommendation of chemicals required to balance water based on test results.  
  • Inventory Handling: Receiving shipments and stocking shelfs. 
  • Service Liaison: comminate with the service  department customers require for appointments for pool openings, closings, liner installations, and safety cover measurements.

- Pool Technician/General Labour to support the service team with maintenance pool care, repairs and installation of residential swimming pools for the season.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Seasonal Care: Open pools in the spring (remove covers, start equipment) and close them in the fall (drain, winterize pipes).
  • Equipment Service: Backwash filters, clean pump baskets, and inspect, repair, or install pumps, heaters, and filters.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum pool floors, skim surface debris, brush walls, and empty skimmer baskets.
